I took my Mazda 3 to 1 Fine Auto today as my car was making a lot of noise while driving. I had to hard stop near the Winchester high school before picking up my daughter since a policeman had flashing lights and basically cut me off on a one-way street. After that incident, the noise started. I was worried it was a damaged axel. Thankfully 1 Fine Auto was nearby and I met Jim who was very nice. I got lucky that they weren't too busy so they could take a look. It end up being the front rotor disk that basically got dislodged. Very scary. They were able to order new brake pads and rotors and fix on the same day within a few hours. I was very appreciative of Jim and the guys who fixed my car. I am a resident of Winchester and have noticed this automotive repair shop before as they are always busy when you drive by it on Main Street. It is a hidden gem so I had to leave this review so others can check them out. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. Will check them out again when I need additional service for my vehicles.

Just had my ford flex completely repainted and they did such a fabulous job. They fixed every molding and took every bit of rust out of places I did not even know about. So happy with the result! But more than anything I love the people here. They are incredibly friendly, professional and polite!

It's the real deal! It's where you can talk to real mechanics, not service advisors! They're very knowledgeable and affordable. I'd a $11000 quote from the Land Rover dealer for a coolant leak addressed there for $2500 with original parts from the dealer. I couldn't recommend a better place!

These guys are awesome, super professional, and very kind. I had my car looked at by a few different places to try and find what was going on with my car. Within an hour they identified it as a broken transfer case, and they put the effort in to find the best part for the best price. My car is running like it is brand new. Very fair pricing, highly recommend.
